Oby is a trailblazer with global experience in healthcare services.
Her career started with Novartis Inc – a global Pharmaceutical Corporation with head office in Basel, Switzerland.
She worked in their Sales and Marketing Unit for several years, and made her impact in assisting the Corporation to achieve their organisational goals through conferences, workshops, and educational sessions with the Prescribers in the region.
Oby worked with Shoppers Drug Mart where she grew quickly through the ranks to become a Pharmacist Owner, running one of their locations for several years before she decided to open her own local Independent Pharmacy – Plains Rd West Pharmacy.
She empowers her team to grow while overseeing the business operations, patient care, staff training, and collaboration with her team.
Oby is passionate about Social Responsibility, Coaching, and Mentoring others to reach their full potential.
