With AIR MILES®, you can earn and redeem rewards locally while also gaining access to a wide network of 300+ retailers that have partnered with AIR MILES®. This means more flexibility and increased earning potential as you accumulate AIR MILES® Reward Miles™ faster. These Reward Miles™ can then be redeemed in participating stores, allowing you to enjoy added savings on your everyday essentials.

You can sign up at participating stores and get started earning AIR MILES® Reward Miles™ with a temporary card. Then simply follow the steps on the back to activate your account using an email address. This activation is necessary to redeem your Reward Miles™. Once your card is activated, a permanent card will be mailed to you at the address provided during the signup process.

AIR MILES® requires an email address to activate your account so that you can redeem your Reward Miles™ for savings or merchandise. To enroll in the program, you must provide both a valid mailing address in Canada and a valid email address and you must be at least 16 years of age.

AIR MILES® Reward Miles™ can only be earned on prescriptions and pharmacy services where permitted by law and offered in stores in Manitoba, Saskatchewan or Nova Scotia.

In addition to pillar partners such as Shell and BMO, you can also earn and redeem at over 300 other brand name retailers in store and online across Canada such as Sephora, Dollarama, Timbermart, car rentals, Irving, Starbucks, numerous travel options and many more. AIR MILES^® also has a new AIR MILES^® Receipts program that allows you to scan your receipt from major grocery stores and earn Reward Miles™ on everyday items like eggs, cheese, yogurt, and broccoli.

If you have an email address on file with AIR MILES^®, you can retrieve your Collector Card number online. If not, contact AIR MILES^® at 1-888-AIR-MILES (247-6453) and they will help you retrieve it.

You can order additional cards any time at airmiles.ca. You’ll receive them within two to three weeks. Or download the AIR MILES^® app and use it to add your AIR MILES^® Collector Card to your digital wallet.

To check your Miles balance, download the AIR MILES^® app or log into your account on airmiles.ca. Your balance will be at the top of the page.

If you’ve made an eligible purchase and the Miles haven’t appeared in your account, please visit airmiles.ca to request a missing miles inquiry. Base Miles may take up to 60 days to appear in your Collector Account and Bonus Miles may take up to 120 days to be posted.
